1. Change of Mind Returns

• We accept change of mind returns within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original payment method upon inspection.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
• You may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the issue.
• Proof of purchase and photographic evidence may be required.
• We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., perishable goods, personal care products, custom-made items).
• Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable.
